Beginners and children's skiing areas
Honeyland Prätschli, the Berry Land (Innerarosa) in Arosa and the childrens facilities Auarara, Fastatsch and Heimberg in Lenzerheide are easy to reach, most of them are free of charge and the terrain is only slightly sloping — making learning fun.
Family Slopes
On the specially marked family slopes, speeding is out and leisurely gliding is in. The family slopes are located in Lenzerheide on the Heidbüel/Scalottas side of the valley at the Tgantieni chairlift (Globi slope, no. 45) and the Stätzertäli chairlift (Safari slope, no. 73 and Riedboden, no. 73a - on the far right from the mountain station to the Stätzertäli valley station). In Arosa, the Tschuggen area is best suited for families.
