Fund to support sustainable projects

The Lenzerheide Future Fund supports local, sustainable and innovative projects in the Lenzerheide holiday region.

Why do we want to support local projects?

The aim of the fund is not only to promote specific ecological measures, but also to strengthen local value creation, secure jobs or create new ones, raise awareness of sustainability among locals and visitors and promote cultural offerings in the region. 

In addition to its role as a financing instrument, the fund aims to involve the local population in climate protection and other sustainable measures and to make future topics a local experience. The fund gives citizens, businesses, and associations the opportunity to apply for funding for projects that fulfil the funding criteria.

Substantial contribution to future viability

These funding criteria ensure that the fund serves the objectives set and that the projects make a substantial contribution to the future viability of the Lenzerheide holiday region. The focus is therefore on the promotion of innovative solutions that take equal account of ecological, social and economic aspects. At the same time, there are exclusion criteria that determine which projects are generally not eligible for funding.
