Hemmi wild salmon, smokehouse and distribution in the Lenzerheide holiday region
We offer the finest Alaska red salmon, processed and portioned in various ways. In our small but excellent smokehouse, we refine the raw product with cold smoke from regional woods. The refinement is done by hand, side by side. In addition to our wild salmon delicacies, we also sell handmade ceramics by Lea Hemmi in our shop on the rear Seestrasse.
